Instagram and Facebook – Brand Awareness

Over 17,000 people reached on Facebook and Instagram, resulting in in-person store visits and online sales. Website sessions went up 38%.
THE CHALLENGE
Styled With Claire was going through a slow season. With a Redmond storefront and an online shop, the company was looking to drive brand awareness. New spring styles had just arrived.
THE STRATEGY
Using the Styled With Claire color palette, I designed six animated Reels and Instagram Stories. We chose four different models and outfits to feature. The ads clicked through to the company’s website, where the products were featured above the fold to encourage the user to “Add to cart” and complete a transaction.

We strategically ran the Reels and Stories to drive brand new customers. Using Meta Ads Manager, I created a 14-day ad campaign targeting the Greater Redmond Area in Washington state.
THE IMPACT
The best-performing ad was an Instagram Story, which was accountable for 10,000+ unique people reached. The Story’s CPM was $2.52, performing above benchmark for Facebook and Instagram.
The 14-day campaign resulted in two directly attributable in-person store visits and an ecommerce sale. Website session for the month of April were up 38%.
With a small budget, we reached 17,287 people, had over 5,000 engagements on Styled With Claire’s FB and IG profiles, and had 40,072 total impressions.
To improve ad performance for future campaigns, my recommendations were:
- Film short-form video content at the Redmond storefront to improve the Quality Performance Score
- Increase the amount spent to >$500 to collect better performance data and open up retargeting opportunities
- Utilize 2-3 copy options for each ads to A/B test, tailored to narrower audiences
